·  Scott makes himself available via phone or e-mail and encourages our clients to contact him with any questions or concerns.  All phone calls and e-mails are answered within 24 hours.  He will also set up appointments to discuss in person what you are looking for in your wedding video.
 

·  Once you have established the packages you want for your wedding video you will receive a statement detailing your choices.  If you want additional options or services added to your contract, just let us know and you will promptly receive an updated statement so you will at all times now your correct, updated balance.

·  Scott uses 2 digital Panasonic DVX-100 camcorders and 1 digital Panasonic DVX-100B camcorder for each wedding.

·  Your officiate will wear a small, wireless lavalier microphone as part of a UHF system to pick up the vows with the clearest sound quality.  Each camera also has internal microphones that are used only as back-up sound sources.
